How It Works:
Once you place an order, you will receive a email from me requesting information for your design. Within 72 hours of receiving your response, you’ll receive an email with a rough sketch of your design idea. Once you approve the design, painting will begin within 24 hours. The painting process typically takes 3–7 days to complete before your piece is sealed and prepped for shipping.

Since each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive.
All custom orders are non-refundable. However we offer a one year warranty on all purchases. We will repair any item, no questions asked.

Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and will try to accommodate reasonable change requests made within 24 hours of placing your order. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address, or changing the color/metal options.
